We guarantee the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Angellecosmetics will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'. However if the package gets sent back to me, I will give a refund excluding shipping. We don't not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. You can check the status of your delivery via the tracking number provided on your confirmation shipping email.

Order confirmations: You get order confirmations through email/text! PLEASE check your JUNK emails!!!
Processing Time: Day of - 3 days || With that being said if you order before 3pm Central time the processing time will be faster!
Shipping Time: 2-8 days due to the pandemic and changes of the USPS, ALL MAIL IS DELAYED 1-2 DAYS WORLDWIDE!!!!! I do not ship on sundays, the post office is not open.
Refunds: There are NO refunds under any circumstances!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
